SUBJECT: 2027 Aviation Division Operating and Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
Budgets Briefing
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The purpose of this briefing is to discuss with the Commission the 2027 preliminary operating
and capital improvement program budgets for the Aviation Division. Staff would also like to seek
Commission feedback on the preliminary budgets.
This is one of a series of budget briefings to the Commission starting from June. Staff will discuss
the three operating divisions' operating and capital budgets on October 13, 2026, and
subsequently the 2027 Tax Levy and Draft Plan of Finance on October 27, 2026, prior to
Commission approval of the 2027 budget in November.
