F. 2025 Industrial Stormwater General Permit (ISGP) Appeal
(1) NWSA Managing Member and Homeport Commissions (Port of Seale and Port of
Tacoma): Approve (i) the Amended Selement Agreement with the Washington
State Department of Ecology (Ecology) in substanally the same form as presented
and (ii) voluntary dismissal without prejudice of issues 20, 35-44,
54-57, and 59 lodged in 2025 ISGP Appeal; and
(2) NWSA Managing Members: Authorize $200,000 in potenal addional legal services
funding relang to responding to ongoing legal challenges relang to the 2025 ISGP
and defense of selements with Ecology.
