• In Person Comment: The meeting is open to the public at the physical meeting location noted
above. Commenters are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the
4:30 p.m. public comment period to sign-up at the door.
• Virtual Comment: Commenters may also sign up to speak virtually by contacting
commission-public-records@portseattle.org. In order to speak virtually, commenters must
provide their name, address, phone number, and email address and note their intent to
provide comment during this July 9 meeting. Members of the public wishing to provide
virtual comment may request to do so beginning Monday, July 6, at 8 a.m. through
Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Requests to speak virtually will not be accepted
outside of this stated timeframe. Anyone signing up to speak virtually will be contacted
prior to the meeting and will be provided with meeting access information.
