COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING
June 11, 2026
The Port of Seattle Commission met in a special meeting per RCW 42.30.080 on June 11, 2026. The
meeting was held at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Conference Room 4A, 17801
International Blvd, SeaTac, Washington, 98158. All Commissioners were in attendance.
I.

CALL to ORDER

The meeting was convened at 12:30 p.m. by Commission President Calkins for the purpose of
holding a budget planning retreat.
II.

ITEMS OF BUSINESS

Members of the Commission heard a financial forecast from Chief Financial Officer Chris Wimstatt
and discussed their budget priorities for the 2027 Port of Seattle budget.
III.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting adjourned at 2:57p.m.
