Project Purpose & Objectives
• Improve Operational Safety and Security of tug and vehicle movement areas
in the Bagwell and North Cargo Areas. Coverage will aid in incident
investigation to assist corrective actions.
• Increase camera coverage in Bagwell tug intersections and add cameras on
existing light poles in North Cargo Areas. Installation of 57 camera views with
infrastructure. Each camera contains multiple lens/views.
• The project requests the remaining budget of $2.8M to complete design and
construction.

Action Requested
• Request Commission authorization for the Executive
Director to take all steps necessary to complete the

request is for $2,801,000 of a total project authorization
of $3,356,000.
