Purpose: Support the re-bidding of the Concession Agreement

Reconfigure tenant lease spaces to support the new blocks

Replace existing way finding signage supporting new tenant locations

Provide a new break room and flex space supporting the transit
operations

Renovate existing well-worn restrooms in the Customer Service
Building

•

Replace existing end-of-life car washes in Quick Turn-Around Areas
