EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Staff will brief the Commission on the Police Department, to include:
(1) Department updates, operational stats, highlights, and goals
(2) 2025 Use of Force, Complaints and Commendations Review
(3) 21CP Recommendations Final Report
The purpose of this briefing is to provide an annual overview of the Police Department to the
Commission and Executive Staff for their general knowledge and transparency. This will include
a briefing on the status of the 21CP Recommendations Report fulfillment and other items
required by Commission Order #2026-02.
