1. Increase $45M funding to meet current contractual
obligations beyond 2026 (Zones 1, 3, & 4)
2. Extend an additional contract year in Zone 2 and increase
$12.5M funding for the extension to ensure:
- Uninterrupted services during FIFA World Cup
- Adding new facility, Concourse C Expansion
