COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING
December 10, 2025
The Port of Seattle Commission met in a special meeting per RCW 42.30.080 on
December 10, 2025. The meeting was held at the World Trade Center Building, 4th Floor, located at
2200 Alaskan Way Ste 410, Seattle, WA 98121. All Commissioners were in attendance with the
exception of Commissioner Hasegawa, who was excused from attendance.
1.

CALL to ORDER

The meeting was convened at 9:00 a.m. by Commission Vice-President Ryan Calkins for the purpose
of conducting an Executive Session per 42.30.110(1)(g), to evaluate the qualifications of an applicant
for public employment for approximately 150 minutes.
2.

ITEM OF BUSINESS

The meeting recessed into Executive Session at 9:05 a.m. No action was taken.
3.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting adjourned at 11:30 a.m.
