The meeting is open to the public at its physical location beginning at 9:00 a.m. and will immediately recess

into a closed Executive Session. Executive Sessions are not open to the public. The meeting will be held

at the World Trade Center, 2200 Alaskan Way Ste 410, Seattle, Washington. No action will be taken.
