Commission Special Meeting
November 4, 2025 - NOTICE
Members of the Port of Seattle Commission will meet in a special meeting with the Northwest
Seaport Alliance Managing Members and the Port of Tacoma Commission during the November
4, 2025, Northwest Seaport Alliance meeting, with public session beginning at 12:00 p.m. The
meeting is located at the Fabulich Center, 3600 Port of Tacoma Road, Tacoma Washington. The
purpose of the Special Meeting is to consider Item 9D.
9. Actions
D. DUAL ACTION (NWSA & Port of Seattle & Port of Tacoma Commissions) Memorandum of
Understanding Ports of Ulsan and Busan. Request the Request the Managing Members of The
Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) authorize its CEO or his delegate, and that the Port of
Seattle and Port of Tacoma Commissions Authorize their respective Executive Directors or their
delegates, to execute the "Memorandum of Understanding between the Busan Port Authority,
The Northwest Seaport Alliance, the Port of Tacoma, the Port of Seattle, and the Ulsan Port
Authority on Cooperation Regarding Green Shipping Corridors, Maritime Decarbonization, and
Accelerated Access to Alternative Marine Fuels" in substantially the same form as presented.
The meeting is open to the public at the meeting location and will also be streamed live on the
Northwest Seaport Alliance's website meeting page accessed through: Northwest Seaport
Alliance website. Meeting agendas and information are located on the Port Commission's
