COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING
June 16, 2025
The Port of Seattle Commission met in a special meeting on June 16, 2025. The meeting was held
at the Hotel Indigo, located at 1028 13th Street, Everett, WA 98201. All Commissioners were in
attendance with Commissioner Mohamed attending by teleconference.
1.

CALL to ORDER

Pursuant to RCW 42.30 and Article IV, Section 8, of the commission bylaws, the meeting convened
at 12:00 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a Commission Office organizing and budget planning
retreat.
This meeting was held on location only.
2.

ITEM OF BUSINESS

The Commission and Commission Office staff spent time with representatives from the Port of
Everett, who provided a tour of their waterfront facilities and discussed their master planning efforts.
After the tour, Commissioners and staff discussed the 2026 Commission Office budget and
Commissioner priorities.
3.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting adjourned at approximately 4:53 p.m.
