COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING

May 20, 2025

The Port of Seattle Commission met in a special meeting per RCW 42.30.080 on May 20, 2025. The

meeting was held at the Port of Seattle Headquarters Building Commission Chambers, l

ocated at

2711 Alaskan Way, Seattle, Washington. All Commissioners were in attendance.

1. CALL to ORDER

The meeting was convened at 2:00 p.m. by Commission President Toshiko Hasegawa for the

purpose of holding an organizational planning session in preparation of the Northwest Seaport

Alliance (NWSA) retreat.

2. ITEM OF BUSINESS

Members of the Commission discussed the agenda and their priorities for the NWSA retreat. No

action was taken.
