The Port of Seattle Commission met in a special meeting per RCW 42.30.080 on March 28, 2025.
The meeting was held at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport Conference Center, located at:
17801 International Boulevard, Seattle, WA 98158, Seattle, Washington. All Commissioners were
in attendance.
1. CALL to ORDER
The meeting was convened at 12:05 p.m. by Commission President Toshiko Hasegawa for the
purpose of conducting an Executive Session per 42.30.110(1)(g), Performance of a Public Employee
for approximately 30 minutes.
2. ITEM OF BUSINESS
The meeting recessed into Executive Session at 12:06 p.m. No action was
taken.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 12:32 p.m.
