COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING

March 25, 2025

The Port of Seattle Commission met in a special meeting per RCW 42.30.080 on March 25, 2025.

The meeting was held at the Port of Seattle Headquarters Building Commission Chambers and

Conference Room, located at 2711 Alaskan Way, Seattle, Washington. All Commissioners were in

attendance.

1. CALL to ORDER

The meeting was convened at 10:33 a.m. by Commission President Toshiko Hasegawa for the

purpose of conducting an Executive Session per 42.30.110(1)(g), Performance of a Public Employee,

and RCW 42.30.110(1)(i), Litigation/Potential Litigation/Legal Risk for approximately 90 minutes.

2. ITEM OF BUSINESS

The meeting recessed into Executive Session at 10:35 a.m. No action was taken.

3. ADJOURNMENT

The meeting adjourned at 12:09 p.m.
