COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING

February 6, 2025

The Port of Seattle Commission met in a special meeting on February 6, 2025. The meeting was

held at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington, located at 1053 Lake Washington Blvd N, Renton,

Washington 98056. All Commissioners were in attendance.

1. CALL to ORDER

Pursuant to RCW 42.30 and Article IV, Section 8, of the commission bylaws, the meeting convened

at 8:00 a.m. for the purpose of presenting the ‘State of the Port.’

This meeting was held on location only.

2. ITEM OF BUSINESS

The State of the Port address was presented, and no action was taken at this time.

3. ADJOURNMENT

The meeting adjourned at approximately 9:30 a.m.
