COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING

February 6, 2025

The Port of Seattle Commission met in a special meeting per RCW 42.30.080 on February 6, 2025.

The meeting was held at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington, located at 1053 Lake Washington

Blvd N, Renton, Washington 98056. All Commissioners were in attendance.

1. CALL to ORDER

The meeting was convened at 10:15 a.m. by Commission President Toshiko Hasegawa for the

purpose of conducting an Executive Session per 42.30.110(1)(g), Performance of a Public

Employee., for approximately 30 minutes.

2. ITEM OF BUSINESS

The meeting recessed into Executive Session at 10:16 a.m. No action was taken.

3. ADJOURNMENT

The meeting adjourned at 10:45 a.m.
