Article III is amended to read as shown below:
Ill. Time of Performance
• This Agreement shall be effective on the day it has been executed by the Port of Seattle and SDCI. The term of
this Agreement is extended through January 26, 2030.
Article IV is amended to read as shown below:
IV. Payment
• The Port of Seattle is proposing per original agreement to amend the MOA contract amount to $200,000 per year
for four years.
• The Port shall pay approximately $16,700 per month for the services described in this agreement that are
performed by SDCI Land Use Planners. This monthly amount may be adjusted in the future, if and when SDCI
labor rates change. The updated monthly cost shall go into effect when the new labor rate goes into effect, and
SDCI shall provide the Port with a written notice explaining the rate change at least 30 days prior to the effective
date of the rate change. Such monthly fee shall be prorated for any partial month during the term. SDCI will send
a monthly invoice to the Port for this amount.
