Request
The Maritime Environment and Sustainability Department is requesting
authorization for use of the balance of funds awarded to the Port under the
Environmental Protection Agencys (EPA) Clean Ports Program – Planning Grants.
Request Commission authorization for the Executive Director to:
1. Expend up to $1,937,248 in grant funds
2. Execute related service agreements to achieve the results of the EPA Clean Ports
Program Climate and Air Quality Planning Grant
