Request
Request Commission authorization for the Executive Director to take all
steps necessary to complete the Concourse A Shared-Use Lounge Project
(Club SEA) at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). This request
is to fully authorize the project and execute the construction contract, for
a total project authorization of $30,500,000.

Purpose & Justification
• Expand the existing Club SEA footprint on A Concourse to increase overall lounge capacity, meet
increased passenger demand, and elevate the existing customer/passenger experience within the
shared-use lounge.
• Demand for lounge experiences has increased by ~100,000 visits annually over the last 3 years –
reaching 303,000 visits in 2024.
– Size limitations and capacity restrictions of current lounge saw over 2,600 guests denied in 2024.
