
Vendor Contracts
• Vendor contracts are currently in place to provide services such
as janitorial, HVAC, electrical, parking management services,
elevator maintenance, landscaping, property management
services etc. These contracts will be assumed by the Port as part
of the transaction.
• The Port plans on retaining the services of the existing property
management company, Urban Renaissance Property Company
LLC (URG). URG has managed the property since October 29,
2015 .
• All vendor contracts that will be assumed by the Port will be
amended to incorporate Port requirements including non-
discrimination language, Port ethics and conflict of interest
requirements, public disclosure requirements, and prevailing
wage requirements where applicable.
