Commission Special Meeting Notice

The Port of Seattle Commission held a Special Emergency Meeting on Monday, August 26, 2024,

at 4:30 p.m. for the purpose of conducting an Executive Session per RCW 42.30.110(a)(i),

National Security and (ii) Computer Network Security and RCW 42.30.110(i), Potential Litigation

and Legal Risk.

The meeting was held virtually and notice was waived per RCW 42.30.080(1)(b) and (c) and no

action was taken during this meeting.
