COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING
August 26, 2024
The Port of Seattle Commission met in an emergency special meeting per RCW 42.30.080 on
Monday, August 26, 2024. Notice of the meeting was waived per 42.30.080(1)(b) and (4). The
meeting was held virtually. All Commissioners were in attendance.
1. CALL to ORDER
The meeting was convened at 4:30 p.m. by Commission Vice-President Toshiko Hasegawa.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION pursuant to RCW 42.30.110
The executive session was held to discuss one item regarding National Security and Computer
Network Security per RCW 42.30.110(1)(a)(i) and (ii) and Potential Litigation and Legal Risk. per
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for approximately 90 minutes. No action was taken at this meeting.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
