Commissioners:
Thank you for creating the Sound
Insulation Repair/Replace Pilot
Program (SIRRPP). However, the
current assessment phase has created
unnecessary confusion and concern in
the affected communities.
Therefore, we need you to provide a
statement immediately, clearly saying
the following:
All homes that previously received
Port Packages will be eligible for
the SIRRPP.
All those homes will be evaluated
based on severity and longevity.
Members of Sea-Tac Noise.Info
will be invited to help improve the
assessment phase and insure that
that all affected homeowner’s are
properly heard.
I live below the 3rd runway and bought
my house before it was built and no one
mentioned that 3rd runway was to be
built.
