Commission Special Meeting
June 4, 2024
Members of the Port of Seattle Commission will meet in a special meeting on June 4, 2024,
beginning at 9:30 a.m., at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport – Conference Center, located
at 17801 International Blvd, Seattle Washington, Mezzanine Level, with the Northwest Seaport
Alliance Managing Members. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to consider dual action of
the Port of Seattle and NWSA Managing Members regarding a request to authorize the NWSA
CEO to enter into an easement agreement between the NWSA, as agent/licensee for the Port of
Seattle, as Grantor, and the City of Seattle, acting by and through its City Light Department, as
Grantee and permitting Grantee access to T46 to maintain its electric systems installed in
furtherance of the Pier 66 Shore Power Project.
The meeting is open to the public at the meeting location and will also be streamed live on the
Northwest Seaport Alliance’s website meeting page accessed through: Northwest Seaport
Alliance website.
