comments are accepted three days prior to the meeting and before 9.a.m. on the day of the meeting. Late
written comments received after the meeting, but no later than the day following the meeting, will be included as
part of the meeting record.
2) Deliver public comment via phone or Microsoft Teams conference: To take advantage of this option,
please email commission-public-records@portseattle.org with your name and agenda item or topic related to the
conduct of Port business you wish to speak to by 9:00 a.m. PT on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. (Please be

10a. Authorization for the Executive Director to Execute Multiple Contracts Over the Next Ten Years in Support
of the Airport Dining and Retail Program Including Marketing and Advertising; In-Terminal Entertainment
and Cultural Connection Activations; Sounds of SEA Music Program; Mobile Ordering Platform Along with
the Associated Hardware; and Concessionaire Supplemental Expenditures/Contracts, and to Approve
Funding for the Contracts from the Tenant Marketing Fund in an Amount up to $29,500,000 and Port
Funding through the Airport Development Fund in an Amount up to $6,500,000.

Engineering Services for the Airfield Capital Improvement Program with the Combined Value Not-to-
