Action Requested
• Advertise, award, and execute a major works construction contract.
• Execute related project change orders, amendments, work authorizations, purchases, contracts, and
take other actions necessary to support and deliver the Sanitary Pipe Replacement project within the
approved budget .
• Utilize Port of Seattle crews, and small and major works on-call contracts, to support construction
activities.
• Increase project budget by $350,000 for a new total budget of $3,350,000.
• Request to authorize $2,700,000 for construction services.
– Estimated total project cost not to exceed $3,350,000.
