Action Requested
Request Commission authorization for the Executive Director to:
1. authorize contract execution for the operation and management of the Seattle Ramp Tower (SRT) for an estimated
cost of $16,000,000 (total three-year term with three one-year options will commence approximately January 1,
2025); and
2. enter into agreements with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in relation to managing and coordinating
operations between the SRT and the FAA.

Background
The Seattle Ramp Tower is currently operated by Dynamic Science
Inc. This contract will end on December 31, 2024. To ensure the
continuous operation of this tower and the associated operational and
safety benefits, the Port must initiate a new competitive procurement
process to retain a Ramp Tower services operator.
