COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING

AUGUST 1, 2023

The Port of Seattle Commission met in a special meeting Tuesday, August 1, 2023. The meeting

was held at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport Conference Center, Seoul Room, located at

17801 International Blvd, Seattle Washington. Commissioners Calkins, Cho, and Mohamed were

present. Commissioners Felleman and Hasegawa were recused from participating.

CALL to ORDER

The special meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Commission President Sam Cho, for the

purpose of holding an Executive Session per RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) Litigation/Potential

Litigation/Legal Risk and RCW 42.30.110(1)(f) Complaints about public officers or employees, for

approximately 90 minutes.

(The special meeting recessed to Executive Session at 4:03 p.m. No action was taken and the

meeting immediately adjourned at the conclusion of the Executive Session.)

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business, the special meeting adjourned at 5:25 p.m.
