RISK DESCRITPITON PROBABILITY IMPACT MITIGATION PLAN
Supply Lead time for Fiber
Optic Cabling
Industry wide supply chain issues have led
to volatility in materials delivery time. Fiber
optic cabling has had the lead time vary
during the design timeline.
Medium High The design team has been working
to confirm the fiber quantity
needed and verify expected lead
times for our region.
CIBS tray access Most of the trays are run in the ceiling
space of the bag well and can be difficult to
access.
High Medium Installation operations will need to
be planned with baggage
operations in mind. Tug detours,
temporary shut down requests for
bag line, and coordinating with
ongoing projects.
Multiple project
coordination
Project team will need to work closely with
other projects and evaluate changing
environments. Baggage optimization, Main
Terminal projects, and Tenant projects
Medium Medium Critical reviewers have been
included on the design reviews.
Additional site walks and
discussions will be needed to
coordinate access and minimize
schedule impacts.
