Commission Meeting Notice
June 7, 2022
On Tuesday, June 7, at 9:00 a.m. The Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) will hold a Special
Managing Member meeting. This will also be a Special meeting of the Port of Seattle and
Port of Tacoma Commissions.
The meeting will be held at the Port of Seattle, 2711 Alaskan Way, Seattle, WA. The meeting
will also be streamed live on the NWSA’s public meetings webpage found at
www.nwseaportalliance.com/about-us/governance.
The purpose of the Special Port of Seattle and Port of Tacoma Commission meeting is to
consider authorizing their Executive Directors enter into the 2021 Puget Sound Maritime Air
Emissions Inventory Funding Agreement with associated funding contributions to the
agreement.
This special joint meeting beginning at 11 a.m. is open to the public. The earlier 9 a.m.
Executive Session, per RCW 42.30, is a closed session and is not open to the public.
