Lease Terms and Details
• Purpose: To install fishing net tie-off piles satisfying
agreements with Muckleshoot and Suquamish Tribes for 2018
Terminal 5 pile-removal project.
• Authorized Uses: Installation and maintenance of four steel
pilings for use as fishing net tie-offs; USCG-required lighting
and signage
• Lease Term: 10-years
• Rent: ~$500 annually, with annual adjustment per PPI and re-
assessment after 5-years
