My comments today are concerning item 7a and the Ports Century Agenda Goal 4.

How will the Port achieve its goal of reducing both direct and indirect emissions of 50% by

2030 and 80% by 2050 if it is celebrating an 11 ton GreenHouse Gas reduction met by

changing light bulbs? Given annual Port emissions of 5 million tons, to achieve

anything close to those GHG reduction targets I think the Port would take the reduction goals

more seriously. Otherwise this is just plane greenwashing.
