• Requesting Commission authorization for the E.D. to execute a
five-year ILA with the Washington Public Ports Association and
nine Puget Sound and Columbia River ports.
• Facilitates Endangered Species Act liaison to conduct reviews for
NOAA and USFWS on behalf of ports.
• Total of up to $300,000 funded through future capital projects --
no funding is being requested at this time.
