NOTICE:
SEATTLE – On Thursday, April 9, 2020, the Port of Seattle Commission will
convene a special meeting beginning at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be held
remotely in accordance with the Governor’s ‘Stay at Home’ order and
Proclamation 20-28. The purpose of the meeting is to hold an executive session
pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 to discuss two matters relating to litigation and legal
risk [RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)]. Executive sessions are closed to the public, and no
final actions will be taken at this meeting.
