COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING APRIL 9, 2020
The Port of Seattle Commission met in a special meeting Thursday, April 9, 2020. The meeting was
conducted remotely in compliance with the governor’s ‘Stay at Home’ order and Proclamation 20-28.
Commissioners Bowman, Calkins, Cho, Felleman, and Steinbrueck were present.
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting convened at approximately 4:03 p.m. and was immediately recessed to executive
session to discuss two matters related to litigation and legal risk.
ADJOURNMENT
Following the executive session, the commission adjourned at approximately 5:31 p.m. without
conducting further business. No final actions were taken during this meeting.
