Dear Facility Service Provider,

Due for the unforeseen economic environment brought on us all by the global COVID-19 Pandemic,

we are asking our business partners to assist us in obtaining a mutually beneficial future and a strong

return to normal operations once this crisis is over.

We have no doubt that this crisis has affected you and your employees as well and we share the

concern that you also have for the safety, health and security for all who are affected.

With that we are asking you to defer all lease and rental payments for 90 days in order to assure that

when the time comes for our industry to resume normal operations we are in the best position to

service you, and our mutual customers.

After that time Flight Services and Systems, will resume our regular payments as agreed, plus we will

repay the deferred amount though prorated payments through the course of 2020, to be fully repaid

by year’s end.

This assistance on your part is greatly appreciated and we understand the difficulties we are all

having. If you are unable to assist us in this time, or have other assistance to offer please let us know

as soon as possible.
