Project Purpose
Purpose:
To weatherize the Section B and C elevator cores, remove trip
hazards and provide a uniform lobby floor finish and customer
experience throughout the Parking Garage.
This is the first phase of the C800789 Parking Garage Elevator
Modernization.

Project Scope
Scope:
• Re-roof, patch and seal walls, replace storefront doors, add
awnings, replace roof hatches and add safety railings to the
Section B and C elevator cores
• Level floor between the Section B and C elevator lobbies and
the surrounding 3rd and 4th floor parking garage plaza floors
• Resurface elevator lobby floors
• Enhance customer experience with additional way finding
graphics
