ADR Master Plan
The ADR Master Plan, developed in 2013-2014, had a number of
goals:
• Increase food and beverage service pre-security
• South Esplanade
• Gina Marie Lindsay Arrivals Hall

• Expand retail business in the Central Terminal

Impacts of Rapid Enplanement Growth since 2014
• Enplanements have increased nearly 40%

• This growth has impacted all parts of the Airport, creating a
need for facility and operational changes
⁻ long security lines affecting ability to access ADR units near checkpoints
⁻ need for increased checkpoint throughput
⁻ inadequate infrastructure

Requesting Commission Authorization
- Reimburse six tenants for costs spent to date on design of units for a
total amount not to exceed $796,000
- Move tenants to comparable locations if they so choose

- Amend leases as necessary
