• Situation
- Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) contract will not provide full
requirements
- Gas supply required for both bus and boiler operations
- Current supply contract expires Oct 31, 2019

Natural Gas Contract Authorization
• Request authorization for the Executive Director to approve
the action to execute a contract for natural gas
- Provides integration/alignment with eventual RNG supplier
- Full requirements - commodity plus transportation
- 2-year contract with two 1-year option years - $5M NTE
- Competitively bid with reliable suppliers
