Airport Natural Gas Supply Procurement
• Situation
– Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) contract will not provide full
requirements
– Gas supply required for both bus and boiler operations
– Current supply contract expires Oct 31, 2019

Natural Gas Contract Authorization
• Request authorization for the Executive Director to approve
the action to execute a contract for natural gas
– Provides integration/alignment with eventual RNG supplier
– Full requirements – commodity plus transportation
– 2-year contract with two 1-year option years - $5M NTE
– Competitively bid with reliable suppliers
