Pier 66 HVAC Controls Modernization
• Phase 1
- Completed as a small project

• Phase 2
- Modernizes the remaining legacy HVAC controls at the main building
- Current request is for $450,000 - total budget is $750,000
- Project budget is included in the plan of finance for EDD
- Work will be completed by Marine Maintenance crews working in
conjunction with a small works mechanical contractor
- Scheduled to be completed in Q4 2019
