– Completed as a small project
• Phase 2
– Modernizes the remaining legacy HVAC controls at the main building
– Current request is for $450,000 – total budget is $750,000
– Project budget is included in the plan of finance for EDD
– Work will be completed by Marine Maintenance crews working in
conjunction with a small works mechanical contractor
– Scheduled to be completed in Q4 2019
