Port provides City with Temporary Construction
Easement in the amount of 257,971 SF. This will allows
for Miller Creek related works and reconfiguration of
existing turning radius. Area shown in gray.

Port provides City with Trail Easement. Once the road
improvements are completed along with Miller Creek
restoration, the impacted area is 112 SF.

realignment of roadway. Impacted areas are nonessential for development
