- Port provides permanent easement to the City in the
amount of 7,847 SF. Area shown in pink.
- City transfer fee simple title to the Port an area in the
amount of 13,854 SF.
Easements allow for City to construct improved roads

Permanent Easements and Miller Creek alignment
- Port provides City with Temporary Construction
Easement in the amount of 257,971 SF. This will allows
for Miller Creek related works and reconfiguration of
existing turning radius. Area shown in gray.
- Port provides City with Trail Easement. Once the road
improvements are completed along with Miller Creek
restoration, the impacted area is 112 SF.
- Port provides City with Slope Easement to allow for
realignment of roadway. Impacted areas are non-
essential for development
