Kiosk Program Expansion

Background

The Kiosk Program provides opportunities for small, local, and disadvantaged businesses to
gain experience doing business at the Airport.
• The Introductory Kiosk (3 locations currently) requires:
- A minimum of six months of continuous operation outside the airport
- No capital investment from the tenant
- A lease term of 6-18 months
•

The Intermediate Kiosk (3 locations currently) requires:
- Successful completion of a term in the Introductory Kiosk Program
- Capital investment of $20-30k for the design and construction of the casework as
well as ongoing maintenance and storage
- A lease term of 3-4 years
