SUBJECT: Capital Improvement Projects for the Third Quarter, 2011
BACKGROUND:
The Commission has received the Capital Improvement Projects Report for the third
quarter of 2011. This presentation provides an update on the status of all projects
managed by Aviation Project Management, Seaport Project Management and Information
and Communications Technology which have a reportable condition relating to budget,
schedule or scope.
This report is intended to meet the reporting requirements of the Port of Seattle
Commission Resolution No. 3605, as amended, and the Commission motion of January
8, 2008, regarding “Report on Major Capital Projects.”
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES:
This briefing is in compliance with the Port’s strategy to “Ensure Airport and Seaport
Vitality” through financial performance.
