SUBJECT: Policy Roundtable Discussion – Port of Seattle and Port of Moses Lake
The Port of Seattle Commission and the Port of Moses Lake Commission will meet together for
the first time and hold a Policy Roundtable to discuss the most important issues for collaboration
between the two ports to attract business for the ports and industry to their regions. The
Commissions will also discuss how they plan to follow up on the issues identified at the meeting.
We expect the discussion will revolve around transportation infrastructure and economic
development.
The Port of Moses Lake will also provide a short presentation on the port and its activities.
The three Moses Lake Commissioners are: D. Kent Jones, Commission President; Michael
Conley, Commission Secretary; and Brian McGowan. Craig Baldwin is the Executive Manager.
