Project Improvements
● Grade separate M Street SE from the BNSF Stampede Pass
tracks by lowering M Street SE and raising the tracks.

● Widen M Street SE to 5 lanes with bike lanes and sidewalks.

● Mitigates future expansion of Stampede Pass to carry
additional trains.
● Completes the M Street Corridor, a vital freight link between
SR167 and SR164.
