EXTENSION AGREEMENT

The Port of Seattle

AND

International Longshore and Warehouse Union, Local 9

Representing Aviation Operations and Aviation Security

ILWU Local 9 and the Port of Seattle, currently in bargaining for a successor agreement to the

parties’ 2007 - 2010 Collective Bargaining Agreement covering the Aviation Operations and

Security unit, hereby agree to extend the terms of said agreement through March 31, 2011.

This extension may be terminated by twenty-four (24) hours written notice of one party to the

other of desire to terminate.
